1. Email me at george@snapifyshop.ca with your order number and a clear photo of the item (required for damaged or defective claims — it speeds up your resolution).
2. We'll review your request within 1–2 business days.
3. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method, or send a replacement, or apply a store credit — your choice.
NO RETURN SHIPPING REQUIRED
You keep the item. We never ask you to ship anything back.
TIMEFRAME
You have 90 days from the date your order arrives to contact us.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your package, email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier. If the order is confirmed lost, we'll reship or refund in full — no questions asked.
WHAT WE DON'T COVER
- Change of mind after 90 days from delivery
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
